BEAUTIFUL HAIR – HAIR COLOUR (TURNING GREY – HORMONE PRODUCTION)

Turning grey seems to be somehow connected with the activity of the sex glands. The hormone production of these glands diminishes with advancing age and the hair seems to go grey at the same rate. As already mentioned, however, dramatic mental and emotional shock, as well as continual stress and worries, can also be responsible for premature greying. It is often noticeable at the same time that the activity of the gonads is weakened. It could be genetic that some people turn grey in the bloom of youth. Unfortunately, however, grey hair does not usually suit the person’s youthful looks. It is different with a face wrinkled as a result of rich experience and a hard life; silver-grey hair in such a person often seems a fitting crown.
