BALANCING DIET (ELIMINATION DIET)
This diet is to balance the pH of the body (acidity and alkalinity) and at the same time, by the way of reactive and non-reactive foods, bring the body into harmony.
The following is a list of foods that you can eat in the first stage of the diet. Steam your food slowly, do not overcook it.
*herbal teas — peppermint, spearmint
*carrots, celery, lettuce
*potatoes should be eaten at each meal. (Don’t use new potatoes or potatoes with any green spots as these contain solanine which is poisonous.) Use white rice if you are allergic to potatoes.
*bananas, pears
*olive oil
*small servings of scaled fish
DAY 1
Bake 10 potatoes. Steam 8 carrots and when tender add the baked potatoes. Use a little olive oil and mash.
BREAKFAST: Before eating, chew 2 slippery elm tablets.
Eat a serving of the carrots and baked potatoes with herbal tea.
MORNING TEA: Peppermint tea and a piece of fruit.
LUNCH: Chew one slippery elm before and one after lunch.
Some of the carrots and potatoes with boiled greens and herbal tea,
Or potato sandwich with unleavened Lebanese or pita bread if you can’t cook lunch, with herbal tea
DINNER: Chew one slippery elm before and one after dinner.
steamed fish (small serve) with potatoes and greens and herbal tea.
Continue this diet for 5 days.
DAY 6
The following foods may be added to the diet but not fried:
honey
butter
whole-grain bread.
Continue with this diet for the next 5 days.
DAY 12
You can now add your normal foods such as grilled chicken, steamed fish and vegetables. Add other natural foods to the diet. This must be done by adding one food at a time (see alkaline foods). If, when a food is added, an allergic reaction is noted, then remove that food from your diet for a minimum of three months before trying it again. By the end of the third week you will have compiled a list of foods that agree with you and do not cause any allergic reactions.
This diet should be beneficial if used once per month.
Your water supply, along with artificial food ingredients, could be the source of the toxic pollutants in your body.
